FAQs
Do you offer in person workshops or is it all remote? If you live in Central Texas, we do offer in person workshops or for additional fees, our team travels around the U.S. to bring our Purpose Project to camps, events, churches and more.
What exactly do you cover in the workshops? The Purpose Project helps students identify core themes in their life experiences, personality type, values, talents, motivators and passions and how those influence their performance and leadership as athletes.
Can sessions be rescheduled? Yes, with a 24 hour notice, any session can be rescheduled at no additional charge.
What happens after the workshop is over? Students who graduate from our Purpose Project workshop have access to additional free digital courses to continue discovering and developing their unique design. Coaches receive the data on all the areas that could be impacting each players performance. Ongoing coaching sessions (mentoring) are also available for athletes who want to continue their personal, professional and/or spiritual development.
Are you a faith-based organization? Catalyst is a 501(c)(3), non-profit that serves students and adults in multiple settings from college universities and corporate board rooms to churches and public schools. Our processes are intentionally customized for the audiences we are guiding. All proceeds are re-invested into our programs serving at-risk teens. Our Christian faith is an important part of our unique design; however, these spiritual principles are only added into our process by request.
